Your wedding breakfast is one of the most anticipated moments of the day — and at Weir Bank Estate, it is in exceptional hands.
Dominic Chapman is an award-winning British chef whose career spans some of the UK's most celebrated kitchens, including The Fat Duck, The Hind's Head and The Royal Oak Paley Street, where he earned a Michelin star. Most recently, Dom owned The Beehive in White Waltham — recognised in The Sunday Times Top 25 Country Pubs for Food — and now leads the popular Crown at Burchetts Green.
In partnership with Weir Bank Estate, Dom and his team design and deliver bespoke wedding menus built entirely around your tastes — from elegant canapé receptions and formal wedding breakfasts to relaxed sharing feasts and evening food. Every menu is guided by exceptional seasonal and local ingredients, and delivered with the warmth and precision that defines Dom's approach.
