Weir Bank Estate sits on one of the most beautiful stretches of the River Thames — 16 private acres in the historic village of Bray-on-Thames, Berkshire, near Maidenhead and within easy reach of London, with a history that stretches back over a century.
The estate offers a genuine choice of event spaces and structures — from our permanent licensed venue with its professional kitchen, to tipis beneath the trees, yurts on the riverside lawn, a sperry tent in the orchards or something entirely bespoke. The flexibility is real, not a footnote. Whatever scale or style you have in mind, the grounds can accommodate it.
The estate has been in the same family since 1970, run by a small, close-knit team who know it intimately. Our head gardener has tended these grounds for more than fifty years. He knows every corner, every tree and every blade of grass. That kind of knowledge does not come from a brochure.
